Storage Items

Beets, Carrots, Sweet Potatoes, Many Types of Winter Squash, Onions, Rutabaga, Garlic, Turnips, Many Types of Potatoes, etc..

These items will last in a cool dark area for up to 90 days.  Making it a nice way to stockpile a few items for use during the CSA and well after its over.  2-3 of these items a week on average can be found in a typical basket.

Fresh/Green Items

Fruit (Apples, Pears), Spinach, Lettuce, Radishes, Brussel Sprouts, Cucumbers, Cherry Tomatoes, Swiss chard, Beet Greens, Leeks, Cabbage, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Late Season Summer produce (weather permitting). Sage, Thyme, Parsley, Cilantro. etc..

These items are grown in cold frames, field, and greenhouse conditions.  2-4 of these can be found in a typical basket on average a week.

Preserved Items

Our Maple Syrup, Honey, Marinara Sauce, Tomato Salsa, Green Salsa, Granulated Maple Sugar, Dried Spices, Crushed Tomatoes, etc..

Typically one of these items will be in each week's basket.  These items are meant to be a epicurean accompaniment to certain produce/fruit in that particular weeks basket.  They are all shelf stable items though, and will keep more than 90 days.

Every week of our Winter CSA will be a bit different from week to week, what surprises await!
