Care instructions:

Kale- a little cold water upon arrival will help revive it from the transport. Wrap the bunch is a dishtowel and store in the fridge. To use, strip the leaves off the thick stem, discard of the stems as compost or bunny/chicken food.

Cauliflower can be kept in the fridge for week or two before - unwrap from the plastic as it may start forming brown spots.

Radishes- remove the tops of the radishes so they don’t continue to draw moisture from the radish. The tops are edible. Store in the crisper, great for snacking, salads or try them butter braised or roasted!

Cantaloupe can be left out on the counter until it reaches desired ripeness, or stored in the fridge.

Celery should be stored in the crisper, will last for weeks.

Garlic needs to be kept somewhere that is dry and dark.

Store the lemons in the fridge- great for use with a vinaigrette.
