BETHLEHEM — Local farmers are enrolling customers for this year's Community Supported Agriculture season, and they say the programs become more popular each year as they evolve to meet new demand.
Community Supported Agriculture shares are purchased and customers receive a weekly full or half-size basket of farm-grown products. With CSAs becoming more popular each season, many farms are going beyond basic vegetables to offer eggs, meat and dairy and other fresh products.
