Our MOST asked for recipe!
I go through a lot of recipes- I read them, I scan them, I think how will they be? Would I make this? etc. This- by far- is the most popular recipe I have had members email for because they loved it and can't find the link for it.
Egg roll in a bowl.
1 pound The Farm’s ground pork
1 head of The Farm's Napa Cabbage, thinly sliced
2 The Farm carrots, grated
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 clove garlic, minced (coming soon to the stand for 2018 :-)
1 tablespoon lemon zest (farmer to farmer lemons available on stand)
1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro (maybe available on the stand as well)
1 tablespoon The Farm scallions, chopped.
Cook and stir ground pork in a large skillet until browned, about 10 minutes. Stir in cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic into the skillet; cook until cabbage softens, about 8 minutes. Stir in lemon zest and cilantro; cook until flavors combine, about 2 minutes. Garnish with scallions
Serve with extra soy sauce or hot mustard.
