Kale & Lettuce will likely need a cold rinse after being unpacked from the box- then wrap with a dish towel and put in the fridge. When using the kale, remove the leaves off the center rib of the stem. Discard the stem.

Parsley- wrap the end in damp paper towel or put in a small cup in the fridge.

Onions- keep is a cool, dark place. These may be tiny- but they are sweet vidalias!

Cherry Tomatoes- Do not refrigerate

Avodocos- leave on the counter until they reach desired ripeness. May take several days.

Peaches- Either keep in the fridge, or leave them on the counter to ripen longer.
