Our 2018 Holiday Ingredient The Farm Fabric Tote contains:
4 Winter Pear (Bosc) NY fruit
1 bunch of Kale or Spinach (weather permitting)
5 Freshly dug Carrots
3 Yellow Onions
4 (approx 3 lbs) Sweet Potatoes
1 medium sized Butternut Squash (not shown in photo)
1 1/2 pint Maple Syrup (produced this past Spring from our sugar-bush in Woodbury)
3 parsnips
4 (2 lbs) Best white potatoes (great for mash potatoes or morning home-fries)
4-5 medium sized red beets
1/2 dozen brown eggs (not shown in photo)
